Scott has been an entrepreneur and business leader for more than 30 years. He is an expert at delivering disruptive technologies and upheaving markets. He has helped successfully launch more than 50 startup businesses and has sat on boards with other fortune 500 CEOs. His experience includes an extensive background in the medical device industry, product development, quality, regulatory, and intellectual property.

RANDALL FUERST
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER


Randall Fuerst practices optometry in the greater Sacramento area. Dr. Fuerst is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, he is a member in good standing of the Society of Eye Care Specialists (SECS), a past chair of the American Optometric Association Cornea and Contact Lens Section, and has served twice as president for the Sacramento Valley Optometric Society in 1992 and 2013.

Dr. Fuerst is passionate about neuro visual performance training and sports. Dr. Fuerst’s first patent was for electronic stroboscopic glasses used in sports training, subsequently commercialized by Nike. He was the team eye doctor to the Sacramento Kings for 20 years and for the San Francisco 49ers for 4 years, as well as preforming the NBA rookie pre-draft physicals in Chicago for 4 years. He has also provided services to several other NBA and NHL teams, womens’ professional tennis, and the Oakland A’s. Dr. Fuerst is excited to become the first-in-class and best-in-class in the development of performance enhancement and concussion prevention and treatment.

JON VINCENT, B.S. MBA
PRESIDENT


Being a former Division 1 football player for the University of Cincinnati, Jon provides a unique perspective that allows him to utilize his background in Neurobiology and many years of biomedical research to advocate the successes UC has shown regarding concussion prevention, recovery, and performance enhancement; from both the athlete and scientist perspectives. Using his MBA and love of helping others through translational medicine, he seeks to commercialize these substantial results to aid in the affordability and accessibility of TBI care for all people; athletes and non-athletes.

JOE CLARK, PH.D.
CHIEF SCIENCE OFFICER


Dr. Joseph Clark is a former Professor of Neurology at the University of Cincinnati and a Certified Athletic Trainer. He has 30 years of experience concerning metabolic and neuro related disorders as well as over 150 peer reviewed publications. He is a renowned national speaker and expert in the field of acquired brain injury. He specializes in stroke and traumatic brain injury, as a physician extender, clinically conducting neurocognitive evaluations. Dr. Clark is also the independent neuro consultant for sports medicine and leads in managing the concussion program for the University of Cincinnati athletics. His programming is a cornerstone of the University of Cincinnati athletics and their substantial results in concussion prevention, recovery, and performance enhancement.

BLAKE BACEVICH
DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL INTEGRATION


While simultaneously training under Dr. Clark and playing Division 1 football for the University of Cincinnati, Blake developed a strong understanding of the neurodiagnostic and neurorehabilitation strategies while also partaking in the training and experiencing the results on the field firsthand. His multifaceted experience with NVT as a trainer, analyst, and athlete has allowed him to lead the translation of effective research into medical devices and methods accessible to athletes, military personnel, and the everyday citizen.
