SCOTT WAMPLER
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Scott has been an entrepreneur and business leader for more than 30 years. He is an expert at delivering disruptive technologies and transforming markets. He has helped successfully launch more than 50 startup businesses and has served on the boards of fortune 500 companies. His experience includes an extensive background in the medical device industry, product development, quality, regulatory, and intellectual property.

RANDALL FUERST
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Randall Fuerst practices optometry in the greater Sacramento area. Dr. Fuerst is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, he is a member in good standing of the Society of Eye Care Specialists (SECS), a past chair of the American Optometric Association Cornea and Contact Lens Section, and has served twice as president for the Sacramento Valley Optometric Society in 1992 and 2013.

Dr. Fuerst is passionate about neuro visual performance training and sports. Dr. Fuerst’s first patent was for electronic stroboscopic glasses used in sports training, subsequently commercialized by Nike. He was the team eye doctor to the Sacramento Kings for 20 years and for the San Francisco 49ers for 4 years, as well as preforming the NBA rookie pre-draft physicals in Chicago for 4 years. He has also provided services to several other NBA and NHL teams, womens’ professional tennis, and the Oakland A’s. Dr. Fuerst is excited to become the first-in-class and best-in-class in the development of performance enhancement and concussion prevention and treatment.
